We want you and your pet to love Cove. If a Cove product doesn't work out, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@cove.store with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost — just send us a photo.
